When can I refund a purchase
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
What is the process for refunds
All refunds must be opened through our supplier's dispute resolution system. To expedite the dispute resolution process, please provide the following:
Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo does not conclusively prove damage, a video may be required.
Screenshot of the email or dispute received, including name, date, and content, to show a complaint has been lodged.
Return of the products to the supplier if requested by our Dispute Team.
What are eligible for returns
You may be eligible for a refund, resend, or return in the following cases:
Delayed Orders: Depending on the destination and shipping method, delays beyond our control may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the specified period after leaving our warehouse, you may open a dispute.
Damaged Packages: For packages that arrive badly damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement. For partially damaged packages, a partial refund or replacement is available, except for minor damages such as thread issues, slight wrinkles, or small scratches.
Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive incorrect products or if there are missing items, we offer a full refund or replacement. For products with minor discrepancies that do not affect functionality, we may offer a refund or resend the item or missing part.
Cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations before orders are processed. Certain custom, preorder, or specially prepared orders cannot be canceled after payment.
Important Considerations
Dispute Deadline: Disputes must be opened before the order status is closed.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by uncontrollable events.
Shipping Limitations: Some shipping methods may not be trackable in certain areas. We will not accept disputes for orders shipped via these methods.
Returns: Returning products internationally is discouraged due to high costs and risks of loss or damage. Products should be returned within 14 days if necessary.
Unacceptable Disputes
Disputes that will not be accepted include, but are not limited to, subjective dislikes, incorrect personal information, negotiated product differences, and issues resolved by local postal services or customs.
